I'm a computer network engineer and think as logically as a computer,
so I feel qualified to answer this question.

A computer would say that we are BORN with rights, and that all humans
have sole dominion over their own body and the organisms within that
body so it doesn't matter when human life begins because NOTHING has
any rights while it is inside the body of a person.

Rights start at birth and not one second before.
