This is very superficial view. If NDE would not exist, then why people are
experiencing it? And seeing the same scenarios?
Are they all liars? Some of the people are the doctors themselves shocked by
what happened to them.
Please, study it first before you make such opinion.

What is important here is the testimony of the people who have experienced it
and the doctors who can testify that during that time the patients were DEAD
and somehow miraculously came back to life, some even with the restored
health. Some of the people had a death certificate already issued, so how could
they be dreaming then?

A progressive society cannot be strictly materialistic. In fact, the human
quest is not for money or comfort in life, but to know if there is any sense
to life and if one survives death. Not knowing the answers, makes human life
desperately senseless. Human behavior is often dictated by this ignorance. If
life ends at death, and there is nothing there, then ""who cares if I kill or
not, why should I be honest, honesty is for suckers etc..."
IMHO, true happiness can only come with knowing one's place in the universe.
When you die, you can't take anything with you, but what you know.
I do oppose all religions, but spirituality and religion are two different
things. While spirituality enriches, religion enslaves.

N.D.E. (Near Death Experience) DOES NOT EXIST so have the courtesy to
refrain from mentioning it. There is no such thing as NDE. When we
approach death (but are not dead), our brains start shutting down.
When this happens the brain has hallucinations. This has been tested
by several scientists and documented. The exact same thing happens
when pilots are put through gravity tests and spun on a large
centrifuge. Their brain loses blood and they go unconscious and they
have the exact same hallucinations as people on operating tables.
There is no difference. But hey, don't take my word for it. Feel
free to check out the episode of "Bullshit" where Penn & Teller
interview several of the top scientists at Cal Tech, and other
locations where they describe this common physiological reaction.

Even during these tests, beta brain waves exist, just as they do in
the patients you incorrectly claimed lacked them. Empirical evidence
and the field of neurology most certainly backs up what I've said with
  regard to HUMAN sentience.

  Nice try, but no cigar.

receive information. During their NDE none of the people have shown
any beta waves activity, yet they were conscious.

evidence of truth. Empirical evidence shows that lack of beta waves
is not a proof regarding lack or presence of sentience.
