The key word being "LAST"; the "last" right - as in "last while alive", only to be EXECUTED after death. Synonym = "last wishes". You just said a person is an entity with a living brain. How does this position mesh with that one? -Mark _____ If what you say would be the truth, then the LAST WILL would be worthless the moment a person dies. Since the dead person's wishes must be executed as written, it means that the dead person still has certain legal rights, even after the demise. Such right is for example to have his LAST WILL enforced as directed.
