Yes, so what makes this contract still valid if he ceases to be a person once
he is dead? The fact that he was once alive?
If the reason to obey the dead person's wishes is the fact the he was once
alive, that means that a fetus being alive should be also under the same
protection of the law. What decides here is BEING ALIVE at certain point in
time.
Yet, here we have a case of a fetus being alive too, but you refuse to give
it the same protection as you give to a deceased person on the same basis.
Your emails are also implying the libertarian society must be lawless or
it is not libertarian.
I find it very silly, to say the least.

In case you hadn't noticed, a LAST WILL is written by a person who is
ALIVE. They are making a contract while they are ALIVE and not dead.
The contract is to be carried out because he made it while he was
alive. Dead people don't make contracts. A will is a contract made
while a person is alive. If I pay someone to shoot off fireworks
after I'm dead, and they don't do it, my loved ones can sue in my
behalf. I can't sue myself because I'm dead and dead people have no
rights the exact same way a fetus has no rights, is not a citizen, is
not a "preborn human", is not an "unborn human", etc.

worthless the moment a person dies. Since the dead person's wishes
must be executed as written, it means that the dead person still
has certain legal rights, even after the demise. Such right is for
example to have his LAST WILL enforced as directed.
