you are repeatedly ignoring the point that the law is there to protect you from yourself as much as other from your negligent behavior. if as has been argued "natural" rights are independent from people, then you have absolutely no case to argue that you can breach or forgo your own rights. you have no right to endanger our own freedoms any more then you have to endenger any one elses. the reason that you are not going to address that point is that you have no comeback to it at all.
