A blog is a "weblog" -- a web page with dated article entries that may
have comments appended to them. This is a discussion group, which
consists of threaded comments and discussions.
The reason I stated it, though -- and I'm sorry if the way I did so
was rude -- was because it was always possible that you'd reply with
something along the lines of "oops, sorry -- I just cc'ed the group,
and I was referring to [insert blog name here] when I said that I'd
seen such-and-such."

Yahoo's archive search function isn't the best in the world. I do hope
that you'll let us know if you observe comments of the type described
from libertarians anywhere, though -- I'd be interested in arguing
versus the claim that US foreign policy is responsible for every
conflict in the world if anyone is making such a claim.
