Now I think the LP does have some sort of legal trademark on the
name doesn't it? Of course another party could call itself the New
Libertarian Party, The Prinicipled Libertarian Party, The Reform
Libertarian Party, there was even one group calling itself The
National Socialist Green Libertarian Party back in 2004 but I suspect
