No, he has the right to transport the goods without interference from
government because he owns them and is not defrauding anyone. That is the
argument we all have been making. You argument has stood on nothing but the
fact that you say that somehow those transporting goods are harming others
by bringing them across a border if they don't pay the protection "fee."
