Badnarik's 2006 congressional campaign. That, in turn, is a badly
re-worked version of the position paper from his 2004 presidential
campaign.
I'd be interested in knowing why Badnarik wanted to weaken his
position, not to mention screwing up the readability of what was -- or
at least I thought so when I wrote the final 2004 draft, working with
some material from (if I recall correctly) Anthony Gregory -- a pretty
good position paper.
