"The rule"?  Whose rule?  The rule of science is that NONE of these
equate to HUMAN life....

human dna
reflexive actions or responses to stimuli
eyes, ears, nose, mouth, head legs, arms, hands, feet, fingers, and toes
A beating heart
A central nervous system
breathing

The rule is that those who have HUMAN life (sentience above all other
forms of life on earth, violition of free will, consciousness, etc.)
are persons, and those who do not, are not.
