John,

Let me try to understand you. You want all laws preserved, simply
because it took a lot to write and pass them? I don't get it.
Libertarianism usually views laws, especially the
unconstitutional ones, as creating and supporting big-government
and big-oppression - not good. And in your list, you seem to
confuse laws with rights; rights are not laws.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Not environmental laws....laws of the USA. Laws that the Bush
administration
wants removed from the books. Laws that took decades to write and
pass. It
is not environmental laws that matter to me, it is all laws. Once
one group
is attacked and removed, all are fair game.
Laws to prevent discrimination.
Laws that allow protection of voter rights.
Laws that provide for the education of the citizens.
Laws that protect us from illegal prosecution.

Laws, period...laws legally passed by Congress.

Does the Libertarian Party turn a blind eye to this?
