John,
I do not support a violent overthrow of govt or laws, nor do any
libertarians I know. So let's not make undue assumptions. Let's
stick to environment and drug laws. Instead of me re-hashing
basics, how about checking this out first:
http://www.lp.org/issues/environment.shtml
It's a primer, which I pretty much agree with, on the libertarian
view of environment laws. What do you think?

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

the rights I mention are protected by laws.
You remove the law, the rights follow.
I am in support of all laws being protected until they are
removed by due
course. This Supreme Court decision is not that.
I would expect the same from Libertarians, unless you are
actually
Anarchists. Are you?
