John,

Your abrasive posting style, hinting at a superiority complex,
has not improved. I hope you don't try to relate to folks in
person with a similar personality.

It is noteworthy that you call our discussion "whining", while
you have been doing exactly the same thing: participating.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

You folks talk as if this situation is something you need to
*PREVENT*. WAKE
THE FREAK UP....it is a *DONE DEAL* ALREADY.

YES...like it or not, Congress HAS usurped that authority...our
president
has bent the Congress and Supreme Court to his will....and the
will of the
corporate powers of our country. Sorry folks...you are 200 or so
years too
late here.

And again I point this out....demanding that the wrongs be
righted, or that
you be treated fairly is simply getting you laughed at by the
people picking
your pockets. You want it to change? I suppose a few generations
of whining
wouldn't hurt, but you need to fight for that to happen.
