Therefore the Beirut airport was not a military target. The homes and
entire villages which Israel is destroying are not military targets.

The UN observation post which Israel bombed was not
a military target either:

If you had read the Geneva Conventions as you claim, you would not have
found anything about needing to wear a uniform. The White House made that
up. I read the Geneva Conventions from top to bottom at the time Gitmo was
opened. The GC classify just about anybody with a gun, a flag, and a
commander as a soldier entitled to POW status. No uniform required. (1)

As for blending with civilians, it is absolutely illegal. The Israeli army
is using civilians as human shields:

(1) Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War

territory is occupied, provided that such militias or volunteer corps,
including such organized resistance movements, fulfil the following
conditions:

(a) That of being commanded by a person responsible for his subordinates;
(b) That of having a fixed distinctive sign recognizable at a distance;
(c) That of carrying arms openly;
(d) That of conducting their operations in accordance with the laws and
customs of war."
