Spencer Heath's writings are of fundamental interest to any interested
in property theory from a libertarian point of view. Heath was a
pioneer in the airplane industry and a leading figure in the single tax
movement who came to understand the weaknesses of their approach. An
influence on Rothbard, Galambos, and MacCallum, he developed a
marvelous, free-market approach to land, far superior to that of others.
