Whose land are you accusing Israel of taking? No nation-state has any claim on that land. It's disputed territory.
Israel took that disputed land for a security buffer AFTER being attacked from it. When Egypt made peace, Israel returned the Sinai. Israel has offered land to the Palestinians, if they could just stop murdering Jews and each other long enough to consider the offer. Lets assume it does. Lets forget the 1967 war - which WAS provoked by some of the Arab states. But even during the 1967, Israel AFTER it had won continued to push in a deliberate land grab. Read the histories and commentaries of the commanders of Israels own defense force and the government. Even when a cease fire was scheduled, the government orderd further attacks and pushes for land. But as you say - even if we focus on what is happnening today - Israel is being a horrible neighber and constantly provoking fights.
