Requirement: Support more Heading styles for the same header level (chapter
title), support the possibility to select "page break: no / to even / to odd
page".
This are intrinsic two requirements, but related. Implementation of only one
makes no sense.
Motivation: LibreOffice has the big advantage to write documents with a
detailed plan of what goes on which page (in opposite to such tools as Asciidoc
or even LaTex in its pdf result).
To design a document which definitely using the double page face2face view even
in the created pdf and in a printed document, it is necessary to control
whether a chapter starts on top of the left or on top of the right page, or
just start in mid of page. For chapter level 2..3 all three possiblilities
should be given. This should be able to control with one of this possible
header style for each level.
If the document is changed, sometimes the page break situation changes in the
following text. This is not anytime in focus. Then, later, it is vexing, if a
chapter start on the faulty odd/even page, especially on working further on end
of the document, where all page breaks before are cofused.. The definitely
determined break to an odd / even page, which forces an empty page before if
necessary, prevents this bad situation. The empty page can be filled later by
deliberate working on the text / changing manually the page break
deterministic.
