Excel uses the OS's regional settings. Generally speaking, Calc deals with these delimiters slightly differently. For Strict (i.e. second argument equivalent to "1"), ARRAYTOTEXT() should use the settings in menu Tools > Options > Calc > Formula > Separators ... So, once this report is fixed, there should be no guess nor imposition about some backslash or any other delimiter.
