Description:
LibreCalc (unlike LibreWriter) does not sort danish correctly when sorting rows
by some column, but it is unlikely to be language specific. It appears to be a
bug where the the default sorting fallback is chosen if the current language is
the default which then fails to sort danish correctly, incidentally. (ChatGPT
helped inspect source to confirm suspicion, but it is not an AI generated bug
report - there might have been recent code changes within the last year
triggering this.

Æble
Applesin

A work-around is to choose Swedish in sort options. But as it turns out, not
(only) because Swedish sort similar to danish, but crucially, because it is not
the current default language.
This is observed with on macOS Apple Silicon with Enlish UI, Danish language
default language and also sort options Danish-default in Libre Calc.
Also tested: Setting default language to English UK and sort order to english
UK, and the sort order is expectedly wrong. Then choosing danish in sort
options actually sorts correctly. This indicates that the default optoin is the
issue. ChaptGPT found some probably bug in sorting logic by looking through
code, but I have no line numbers.
Crucially, the same problem does not appear when sorting lines in Libre Writer
under similar conditions.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a spreadsheet
2. Choose danish as default document language
3. Add the words Pære, Appelsin, Porre, and Pære as words on separate rows in
column B
4. Choose the row with these words in the left row indicator.
5. Chose Sort ...
6. This should be enough, but also experiment with sort options.

Don't get hung up on danish. The real bug is that sorting language is not
respected if it is the default language. For english the default fallback sort
order would likely be correct, but for danish it is not. It seems to be a Calc
specific and not related to ICU or language configuration files.
