So, saying something similar to "I changed the locale" can be ambivalent, or worse. As an example, a cell has Format > Numbers > Locale (which can affect Sorting), and there is also Format > Font > (Western / Asian / CTL) Language. We also have the Sort > Options > Locale, and Tools > Options > Languages and Locales.
