Siento no estar de acuerdo con Ud.: En "lenguaje usuario" acaba de demostrarme
que sí están trabajando en ello. El hecho que estos mails sean con el fin de
encontrar una solución es, para mí, que están interesados en resolverlo.
Me alegra ver que esto no quedó en un ida y vuelta de mails sin llegar a ningún
lado. :-)

I regret not agreeing with you: In "user language" you have just shown me that
you are working on it. The fact that these emails are in order to find a
solution is, for me, that they are interested in solving it.
I'm glad to see that this was not in a round trip of mails without getting
anywhere. :-)
