I have found the following command in autoexec sorts out the Lib 100
keyboard:
C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\KEYB UK
Thanks to everyone who has assisted - Toshiba Support in UK provided me the
above info and also stated that a non-working floppy in DOS mode is
normal... if that's the case then I can relax and get on with my life!
