Try setting the referrer URL in the download manager to the real page you would have been on in your browser before you clicked on the link to see if that works. Also try setting the download manager ID string to that of the browser you're using. I find NetVampire and FlashGet tend to do a better job of 'fooling' the servers than Getright (plus they seem a lot more stable).
