Often in fact you can pick up very similar packs (I picked up a pack for a really old Portege 300 which is virtually identical to the one for the Libretto) for a fraction of the price ($7USD in this case). With these, you could probably even just cut the back off the dead Libby pack and epoxy it onto the back of the new pack (and solder the appropriate connections).
