Another place to look is in the quaterly (or however often) 'clearance specials' from 
your local wholesaler. Often in fact you can pick up very similar packs (I picked up a 
pack for a really old Portege 300 which is virtually identical to the one for the 
Libretto) for a fraction of the price ($7USD in this case). With these, you could 
probably even just cut the back off the dead Libby pack and epoxy it onto the back of 
the new pack (and solder the appropriate connections). (I don't say just replace the 
cells because the P300 pack is the size of the Libby extended battery, unless you've 
got an extended battery thats dead the cells won't fit!).
