Is it possible to recondition the Libretto's Lithium ion > battery? YES! But LiOn batteries can be dangerous. Maha Energy makes a unit called the 777Plus ( about $70 ) that will condition and charge Nickel and Lithium technology batteries. I twisted apart the Libretto pack and cut small holes in the ends of the packs to insert wires to connect the Maha. I took a hi-cap pack, considered shot by its prior owner, and restored it to 2500 mAH!
