YES! But LiOn batteries can be dangerous.

Maha Energy makes a unit called the 777Plus ( about $70 ) that will
condition and charge Nickel and Lithium technology batteries.

I twisted apart the Libretto pack and cut small holes in the ends of the
packs to insert wires to connect the Maha. I took a hi-cap pack, considered
shot by its prior owner, and restored it to 2500 mAH!
