Well I havent had any trouble getting them. As have others. Really
depends. Like anything that can become bombs. Yes if mistreated and put
in a fire they will explode jst like a can of spray paint. You can
actually buy them you jst have to kow what to look for. And Yes I have
the comertial copy of the radioshack book and they do have LI-ION
offered

Nope. Because they become bombs when mistreated, you can't buy cells
