But the Satellite's AC power LED (did I write LCD before?... I did, didn't I?) glows green fine with no battery and boots fine. But glows orange with the battery and won't boot. Why the charging circuit would do that is beyond me.
Is the orange light coming on straight away or does it actually go green for a split second the moment you apply AC power before going orange (or is it orange right from the time you plug in the pack and before you apply AC power)?
