Is the USB on the EPR so special that through DOS it can't be
initialized?
If it can, have a look at Dr. Xin's archive or Cool tips sections -
there's supposed to be a Panasonic DOS USB driver which allegedly works
with many mass storage devices. But beware of the USB type -- UHCI or
OHCI (I don't know which one the Libretto EPR features, regarding the
period that the Libretto 100/110 were designed I'd guess UHCI)
