For those documents, e.g., the CLA or Software Grant, that need to be sent to the ASF, should we make sure that each one has the instructions, and those include not just a FAX and USnail address, but also an e-mail address to which they can be submitted digitally, e.g., a scanned image of the signed and completed form?
