Comment #10 on issue 3631 by [email protected]: 2.17 does a worse job with
vertical spacing and/or the page layout than 2.16

Comparing the times and output of 2.16.2 of that test program with that of
master yields basically the same results. So the dimensions of the score
systems I get here do _not_ relate to the difference in page breaking. If
I'm interpreting the results correctly.
