Ok, I'm a bit late on that one, but my keyword triggers just went bonk
on "from the pure minimum translations given in align interface" in comment
#21. When we are doing the page breaking, we should not be dealing with
pure estimates any more, never mind how good or bad they are, since we are
clearly post-line breaking then. Unless I misunderstood something about
how LilyPond does its work (entirely possible).
