I think so, too, judging from my recent tries. It now works with
different skylines (the skylines no longer come from stencil dimension
boxes), and the skyline code itself has been worked on to make it
faster. Any bugs in there would also affect the page spacing/breaking
as well, but other than that, it seems basically 2.16, likely even 2.14.
Sounds fishy: the stuff worked with Skyline data structures previously
already. I don't think there are all too many assumptions that can go
in there.
What's print.diff and print_old.diff ?
Are we talking about the same thing? There is a single commit in
2.17.14 that significantly changes the behavior from 2.16 behavior.
This commit needs to get fixed.
