The point is that this not a good reason for such spacing. Good reason is
e.g. ledger line.
Now the funny thing: change d' to e' and you'll se that spacing becomes
even :) So the problem is that for some reason notes below the first line
(d') are treated as they would sit on ledger line. And this is something
that has to be fixed, I think.
