Compiled nearly 200 pages of multi-staff music with patchset 5, then
checked for spacing distortions and found none. This patch makes a big
difference. One of the most important patches since 2.16 IMO.
By the way, I use spacing-increment set to 1.3, which is the proper value
(width of a black note head). Maybe it's time to set 1.3 as default along
with this patch?
