One possible solution is to "cache" CD's. E.g: if there are 5 concurrent
install positions, preburn in advance 10 sets. For every set you hand out
to install you burn an extra set (unless the installee only wants to borrow
it for the install without buying it). The results:
- CD quality is checked on site (every one is installing from it's own set).
- Install time is much longer than burn time (even for slow burner)
so there shouldn't be a big problem of wait queue for CD's.
- At the worst case you are left with 5 extra spare sets (of course
the "cache" can be lowered if/when demand is low).

Excelent idea.
