The place in general is find. People tend to find it quite easily (it's
not so far from the gate, and if I am not mistaken, we've had a map in the
Linux-Day site - showing exactly where you have to walk to).

I do see it as a problem, but I said that for events such as the
Linux-Day, which happen once or twice a year - we can find a solution much
in advance. If I am not mistaken - we've never dealt with the cars
issue so it will be ordered. I've already raised a few idaes, such
as cars registeration in advance. And ofcourse, we will talk with the kabat
and/or with whomever needed regarding that, so there won't be any surprises
in the entrance. If a person didn't register his details in advance, and
didn't call us on the event's day until a hour before he arrives, he won't
be allowed to get in (in our case - we won't help him if he surprises us
with his car, and we don't know about it in advance and on the day of
the event).

True

The reason for the long timing is that the CDs did not fit the speed of
the CDRW (which was at the maximum for a few hours). Bad quality CDs
which are given a higher speed than they can bare, tend to make the CD
"more difficult" to read and write from/to, which is why it didn't really
work at x32 speed...

He should have been assisted with other people, and to get burners from
other people too. In addition to that, the stand was placed in a very
inconvinient place. The burning should have been done inside the farm, in
my opinion (I didn't think about it then, I admit).

True. That was because we had to get the cheapest CDs, which was not a
good idea in the first place. Next time we should consider what we did a
year ago, which is getting copied CDs from a copying company, which their
purpose is simply to multiply CDs.. this way we got responsibility, and
they are ready for the event in advance.

I feel a deja-vou :)

Thanks for the comments.
