I don't understand: you already said the mass (flock of penguins? :))
that came in was almost too much for you guys to handle. Why would you want
an even larger mass to come in?

I have a question that I wonder if you thought about: for non-Technion-
students, how easy is it to come into the Technion with their computers,
seeing that cars are not allowed in? Did you really get a significant number
of people who are not Technion-students coming in?

Maybe you should think on asking people to make "reservations", asking
them to decide in advance if they will come in the morning, evening, or
what? I'm not saying that people that don't have a reservation will be
turned away - just that they will be given lower priority in the queue.

Getting people (like me) to help you during the evening will be easier than
people during the working day, by the way.
