Not all that OT, and duly noted. A suggestion: can't majordomo send list
traffic through a filter that would strip quoted footers? It's been a couple of
years since I've set up any lists.

Good thing I donned my asbestos underwear today! I wasn't asking for someone to
write it, rather if anyone knew enough about the the control you get at the xtra
API to do what we've been talking about. And Tab's suggestion is what I've been
doing all along - I was just looking for an alternative that would make a Lingo
coder's job that much easier. Most coders are looking for the most efficient
shortcuts to make the best use of their time.

Now - if anyone _does_ know if the xtra dev kit offers the capability to write
an improved msg window, please let us know. In any case, I might just fire it
up and see for myself. This is probably the best excuse I've had to write an
xtra.
