Most probably the reason for this error is that the xtra is not where it 
should be.
xtras are expected in a directory \xtras which is a subdirectory of the 
folder the current application is located. Thus in most cases you'll have 
to copy it to at least 2 places:
the \director 8\xtras folder to have it available in development, the 
\xtras folder next to your projector to make it available from there.
