In my case, the Task Manager agrees with Buddy API, Norton Utilities, and 
any other software I use. freeBytes has never reported anything other than 
a completely bogus and unchanging number for me. Gretchen duplicated the 
symptom and added it to the D8.5 Quirk List.

JRS is making me think that it may be different on some machines. I've seen 
that symptom in D7, D8, and, indirectly in D8.5 on various computer 
configurations with Win95, WinMe, WinNT, and Win2K.
