Because my program starts having the anomolies associated with a memory
leak.

I have a project in testing right now that is runnning on Win95, Win98,
WinNT 4, Win2000 Pro, and Win2000 ME. The testers say there seems to be a
memory leak seen on all platforms. After running the application for a
while (anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on amount of memory),
the user would start to see anomalies in the program. Graphics start to
disappear, clicking on a random button would cause the program to restart
(like a rewind). On Win95, once the memory leak became apparent, an invalid
page fault would occur in module IML32.DLL.
