One interesting thing about Flash is that it keeps the JPEG 
compression that the image has, if any, so even if it turned out to 
be "shoddy", the image should remain looking like it was when 
exported from your favorite program. There are memory consequences to 
having al the images in one Flash file, so having one file per image 
may make sense. I don't see why you need to make it Flash 5 though, 
Flash 2 would do just fine.
