Well, then it depends on what you consider "SNA to OS/390".

You can do what you want, and use the LAN3174 support in the devmap to have a
bunch of CCUAs available to OS/390.  In VTAM, you should be able to define a
VTAM/non-sna controller to use these addresses.  Some people think that this is
still SNA, where others say it is not.  It is supported, as a non-SNA
controller.  And has the same restrictions.

You will need to use the non-sna USSTAB for this.  In the VM world, we have
different VM logo files for this type of device vs a true SNA device.  So I
guess it depends on just how much SNA do you need?

If all you need is a 3270 Mod 2,3,4 or 5 terminal, it works just fine.
