Dennis, Ah, sorry about propagating misinformation. The last time I paid attention, the licensing on the Open Source CLAW driver wasn't finalized. My apologies for stating it wasn't GPLed.
Since it is GPLed, has it been submitted to the kernel maintainers for merging into the official source tree? Or is there something preventing that from happening? It would make life a lot easier for some LPAR users. We provide two solutions for attaching a Cisco Router to Linux/390. We have a GPL CLAW driver that supports the standard CLAW interface and we have an enhanced CLAW driver product that supports the higher performance CLAW packing interface. Check out our web site for the GPL CLAW driver or more information on the CLAW packing driver.
