Well, Alan Cox is always a good starting point.  He's still doing 2.2
maintenance.  If you ask nice, I'm sure he'll forward it on to the 2.4
maintainer (I'm getting old, I can't remember the gentleman's name! :(  ).

Actually this is a fairly recent development. I will send it to the
kernel maintainers when I figure out where to send it to. Hint Hint...
I have sent it to SuSE and would send it to anyone else if asked to do
so. Alternatively, it is downloadable from our web site.
