Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any of these patches being integrated into
the official kernel source tree.  I suspect it's because they're not GPLed.
I'm also not aware of any distribution that includes them either.  In my
case, it's always been a roll-your-own experience.

Fortunately, they work well and reliably.  It's just getting things up and
running in an LPAR is painful.
