Everyone is doing it. Locally, The Sutherland Group has 2000 employees in India 
providing telephone technical support. Those jobs used to be here, but it's hard not 
to move them there when they can save 40% off the top. >From what I hear there are 
thousands of programmers in India's highly trained workforce writing programs that 
used to be written here. Again, the savings are there for the taking. Accountants here 
are out of work for the same reason. After experiencing several downsizings and a 
company going bankrupt right under my feet, I snagged a technical career in local 
government and am still going ok. But, I wonder when they are going to jump on the 
bandwagon.

I may end up going to Chef's school.

jobs to outside the US ?
