IEHIBAL is pretty much it. You can compare it against the docs in 'man 5
inittab', but it's pretty much your gun, your foot.

The messages you're seeing are pretty much it. At least it seems to be
triggering the signal handler properly.

FYI: most of the major system config file formats are documented in
section 5 of the man pages. Good place to start with things that can
cause your system not to boot.
