Use VSWITCH type device to your Linux's or a combination of VSWICH to your routers and Guest LAN's to your server farms. VSWITCH can automatically fail over to a separate port, with I believe a Separate VM Stack the Separate Stack could be the VSWITCH primary controller and the main VM Stack could be the failover Controller.
