1. SET VSWITCH ... GRANT user, but do NOT specify any VLAN ID.  (Please
also do not say "VLAN ANY"; just let it default.)
2. Don't configure any VLANs in the guest IP configurations

The guests will be able to talk to each other and through the OSA.  The
data will leave the OSA untagged (i.e. with no VLAN IDs).  Your physical
switch port will take it from there; it may be using VLANs or it may not -
you won't care.
